1  Acceptance-The Use Of Dboi Studios Terms and Conditions

Your access to and use of Dboi Studios is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

3   Account Structure

3.1 Only one account is allowed per person.
3.2 Duplicate accounts will be terminated immediately without notification.
3.3 Users with terminated accounts are forbidden from creating a new account.
3.4 Users are responsible for securing their account information. Accounts found or reported to be compromised will be immediately terminated and all referrals will be forfeited. Dboi Studios is not responsible for losses incurred due to compromised accounts.
3.5 Only one membership subcription per account per person

4   Upgrading Your Account

4.1 When upgrading your account you must first cancel your current membership.
4.2 When you cancel your subscription your information will not be lost.
4.3 Dboi Studios recommends that users wait until the last day of your billing cycle to upgrade your account. If you decide to upgrade in the middle of your subscription period you will not be refunded any charges at all. You will pay your new subscription in full. Your new benefits will be eligible one month into your new subscription period.

5   Myspace and Twitter Packages

5.1 We are in no way affiliated with Twitter or Myspace.
5.2 We provide free backgrounds for Twitter and free personalized layouts for Myspace. For credit we require that our logo or site name shall remain on everything we do.
5.3 If at anytime we notice that our site name or logo is removed from our work you will have to forfeit the design.
5.4 We will give one warning about credit, If you don't heed our warning we will be forced to take away the design or take legal action.

6   Registration

6.1 Account registration is required in order to create a Dboi Studios ID. During registration, all users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves in all required fields. Should any of your own information change after submitting it to Dboi Studios, you are hereby required to update that information as soon as possible. Should Dboistudios.com suspect that your personal information is not complete, current, or accurate, your account may be subject to suspension or termination.
6.2 Dboi Studios is not intended for children under the age of 10.
6.3 Users must create their own account. Users are not allowed, under any circumstances, to register or participate on behalf of anyone other then themselves.
6.4 To register and participate on Dboistudios.com, users must reside and participate from within the United States or United Kingdom. Accounts created or pursued from outside this location will result in account closure and all referrals will be forfeited.
6.5 Spamming is not permitted nor tolerated in any form. All reports of spamming will be investigated and may result in account termination and forfeiture of prizes.

7  Advice

The contents of Dboi Studios website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

8  Change of Use

Dboi Studios reserves the right to:
8.1  change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Dboi Studios shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
8.2  change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Dboi Studios Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

Any unlawful, abusive, harassing, libelous, harmful, vulgar, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable behavior towards any member of Dboi Studios will result in an immediate termination without notification, refunds, or any prizes won from, but not limited to contests and referrals.

15.1 Termination. DboiStudios.com may suspend or terminate your use of the Web Site or Services if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have breached a term of these terms and conditions.
15.2 Survival. These terms and conditions will survive indefinitely unless and until Dboi Studios chooses to terminate them.
15.3 Effect of Termination. If you or Dboistudios.com terminate your use of the Web Site or the Service, Dboistudios.com may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the service and Dboistudios.com will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. You are not entitled to a refund of the membership fee if you or Dboistudios.com terminates your account.

16   Refunding

Dboi Studios does not refund anything. Please make your purchases wisely.

17   Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
